Colorado to give Hillary credibility?
Today's Rocky reports that a Denver convention will help 2008 frontrunner Senator Hillary Clinton establish some mid-America cred. And supposedly she already has a wide lead on the rest of the Democratic field. I'll believe it when I see it.
UPDATE: NY Times article here indicates New York may be the choice. More bad indications here.

We can call the DNC at 1-202-863-8000 and ask to be connected to Governor Dean's office to urge the election of Denver for the convention. Point out that we have succeeded in turning Colorado blue by convincing the unaffiliated and moderate voter that they have more in common with our brand of moderate Democratic candidates than they do with the Republican right. These are the voters who will decide the presidential election in 2008 and they will respond much more favourably to a party that holds it's convention here in Denver than to any thing connected with NYC!
We are proof that Dean's 50 state strategy works far better than relying on the failed strategy of the past: going strictly for turn-out of the already blue.
