The HD 21 race has a different approach from the Democratic party. There are over 400 yard signs out - EVERY SINGLE ONE ON A VOTER LAWN. Anna Lord has decided not to go for the "campaign droppings" method of littering the highways with signs. Each sign out is a specific instance of voter support. In contrast, it appears all of her opponents signs are on public rights of way - may that be because he hasn't been out talking to voters to get their support?
