Best national petition - Wisconsin Senator Russ Feingold's healthcare legislation would give states the power to develop universal healthcare systems that work at the local level. Demand congress take action.Best local petition - Progress Now Action is demanding that the governor's office comply with the Colorado Open Records Act. Tell the governor to obey Colorado law.

While your signing the Feingold petition, please e-mail russ@progressivepatriotsfund.com, thank him for the support he has already shown Bill Winter and remind him what a terrific ally in this fight Bill Winter would be, especially as a replacement for Tom tancredo! Remind him of the fact that Bill doesn't have insurance since he donated a kidney to his sister-in-law and suggest that this would make a great story to tell in his next Progressive Patriots Fund mass e-mail, with a link to contribute to Bill Winter for Congress. Who knows? Somebody might listen.
