Washington Times: Drinking Liberally is cool
A big hat-tip to TBTH at Soapblox for pointing out today's article about Democratic candidate for governor Bill Ritter in the conservative Washington Times:
"I'm opposed to abortion as a matter of conscience for me, but our agenda doesn't involve changing the law," Mr. Ritter said at a meeting of Drinking Liberally, a club for young, urbane Democrats.
Hee hee. I'm in a club for the young and urbane. Who would've thought?

"trendy lower downtown" ----
Wow,or kewl, kool, cool or whatever is appropriate nowadays. That is a step up from what I am used to in my life.
And there is still a lot of hand holding to get people over the problem of not wanting to vote for Ritter so they indirectly or directly vote for the repub who will go against women in the finest 1200ad tradition.
